Technical Coordinator

Harnessing the skills of top designers and craftspeople in Scandinavia and around the world, MENU creates furniture, lighting and accessories for private homes and public spaces and is based with its head office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
We are currently looking for an experienced technical coordinator to become part of MENU's Product & Development team.
As part of the development team, you will assist the product developers in making technical documentation such as 2D/3D drawings, product data and specifications. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing department to deliver line drawings etc. for pricelists as well as
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Use SolidWorks software to create 3D models and 2D drawings of new designs in Product Development.
- Maintain and update drawing library and provide accurate, detailed and to scale drawings to relevant partners and suppliers.
- Prepare line drawings in Adobe Illustrator for Marketing use.
- Make Assembly Instructions in Adobe InDesign.
- Support product developers with drawings for special orders/customer requests.
- Assist product developers in the creation of master data for our ERP-system.
- Responsible for a clear and updated structure of all product-related data and documentation.
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Highly structured and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a dynamic work environment.
- Good communication skills for both internal- and external collaboration.
- Well-structured and organized with high dedication and responsibility of ownership.
- Deadline discipline.
- Works well in a dynamic and fast environment and accepts challenges as part of the daily tasks.
- Coordinate and assist by following up on the timeline togehter with the product developers
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- You have an education as a technical assistant, technical designer or equivalent education.
- Experienced user of relevant programs: SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. An understanding of Keyshot is an advantage.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
- 3 -5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Speaks and writes English and Danish fluently.
WE ARE OFFERING
- You have an education as a technical assistant, technical designer or equivalent education.
- Experienced user of relevant programs: SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. An understanding of Keyshot is an advantage.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office
- 3 -5 years of experience in a similar position.
