An exciting opportunity has arisen as Technical Advisor Warranty, reporting to the Group Manager Warranty ISOL. In this role, you will be a part of the ISOL Warranty TEAM delivering ADD INFO to the business. You will be responsible to create robust lines of communication towards Shipyard’s Warranty departments for the purpose of processing claims. The position will cooperate between various KM AS Product Center and GCS departments globally. The position will also act as the main provider of “closing feedback loop” to all Warranty Stakeholders such as Project and Product departments.

 

Key accountabilities

• Warranty claim handling and coordination of activities towards shipyards,  ship owners and relevant KM organization worldwide.
• Technical assistance and support to internal & external customers.
• Analysis of claims and feedback to relevant teams & departments.
• Authorities to categorise claims and take actions accordingly.
• Follow up non conformity issues with Product Center.
• Ensure warranty cases contain vital info that goes into reporting.

 

Qualifications and experience

• Technical experienced in K-Line Products
• Experience and competence in CRM
• First class performance at the level of a senior engineer.
• Good time management skills
• Ability to deal with several activities simultaneously in a hectic environment
• Must have excellent co-operative skills and good communication skills
• Service minded and customer focused
• German and English Fluent in written and verbal communication
