Team Manager, Voice and Realtime Services, Stockholm

Looking for a change after summer? Great! We are looking for the right candidate to take on the role as Team Manager for our Voice and Realtime Services Team within Digital Workplace. We enable Voice and Realtime communication globally within of the SEB.

About the job
Voice and Realtime Services (VRS) is a team within Digital Workplace in SEB Technology. The organization consists of 3 different teams, “Workplace”, “Voice and Realtime Services” and “Workplace and Applications Maintenance”. The teams provide a wide spread of workplace services (E.g. digital collaboration tools, file, print, user devices, meeting tools and voice/telephony services) towards all employees in SEB, delivered both from Stockholm and Vilnius.

As Team Manager for Voice and Realtime Services, you are responsible for the development, maintenance and continuous delivery of the solutions. You will be a driver for change to promote finding better ways of working, skills & workforce development. You embrace an inclusive way-of-working where customer focus, business acumen and speedy deliveries in world-class quality are crucial.

Who are you?
To be successful in this role, you are a natural leader with experience in providing Voice and Telephony Services delivery real-time services with a clear customer- and business focus. As a leader, you create an environment where people can act on ideas and collaborate to take on challenges and learn together. You share our beliefs in team-based work and approach leadership as the ability to show directions and clear hurdles. Furthermore, parts of the services are delivered by external vendors, so it is important with good vendor management skills and knowledge. 

It is meritorious if you have a track record of running telephony and real-time communication services in a complex environment and have experience from large multinational companies.

You have excellent collaboration and communications skills and can easily interact with all levels in the bank. And maybe the most important thing – you are used to drive digital transformation and modernization and have a passion for the opportunities it provides.
