Team Manager to Digital Channels & API Governance at SEB

About the position
Digital Channels & API Governance is part of Cross Customer Solution which is a cross divisional support function within Front Domain. We are in an ongoing change journey and provide business oriented and cost-efficient IT development, maintenance and support for SEB. We have taken several steps in the process to enhance our deliveries, and you will have an important role in setting the new way of working going forward.

Cross Customers Solution is an Area within Front Domain with the purpose to deliver great customer value and to build the digital bank by providing rapid IT development & reliable, maintainable solutions for the future. Our mission is keeping connectivity, process and information together, combined with the responsibility for the important customer processes. We are the Digital Channels & Partner Integration department and we are in the epicenter of the bank’s total digital transformation. Our work has great impact!

You will lead three agile team of engineers within the Open Banking, where you are responsible for both staff and the delivery. We are involved in some of SEBs key initiatives focusing in designing and building the API offering, as well as enriching SEBs digital channels with external content from our strategic partners. Our responsibility also includes to manage SEBs API platform and Developer portal, and to support all developers cross SEB in how to enter into the Open Banking environment. Among others we take pride in being the API experts in the bank. You will also be a part of the Digital Channels & Partner Integration leadership team.

The position is located in Solna and you report to department manager.

Who are you?
To get the most success in your role you need to be able to take both a strategic and operational approach in all you do. You probably have an academic degree and a few years of experience of leading engineers as a manager, preferably in a complex and high demanding environment. You have a proven ability to lead in a changing landscape from both a technical and a process point of view, making sure your team has the best possible way of working. You are experienced in handling both internal and external stakeholders. Experience from working with development in an agile organization is meritorious. We expect you to be fluent in English, knowledge in the Swedish language is a plus.

As a person you are equally passionate about people, technology and business. You are secure in communicating with developers as well as other stakeholders at all levels in the company. You are curious, solution-oriented and have a natural drive to collaborate with others.
