Team Manager - As a Service Components

Do you want to play a central role in taking SEB’s Digital channels into the future and be part of shaping tomorrow’s bank-wide authorisation solutions? We at Customer Cross Solutions are responsible for the overall IT delivery of the digital channels at SEB, a complex and fast moving area covering internet banking, mobile apps, web sites, CRM and billing. At the department As a Service Components we are responsible for SEB’s common components, such as notifications, identification & signing and authorisations. We work with existing applications and we have a great responsibility moving the solutions into a modern context and turn them into services. We are now looking for an inspiring Team Manager to our two teams in Västerås working with solutions for Authorizations and the DOMINO platform.

About the job
As team manager you will be responsible for developing the teams and the employees. You will secure that your teams have the right conditions for a proactive and efficient way of working, including adapting to new technologies and automation. Driving change, secure needed competences and really utilizing everyone’s expertise and contribution are vital parts of the assignment. You will work in close collaboration with other parts of our IT functions as well as with stakeholders in the business. You will be a part of As a Service Components management team and report to the Head of As a Service Components.

Who are you?
You are a committed leader with high ability to attract and develop the right people and building engaged and high performing teams. You have experience of managing IT development in a complex, fast changing and demanding environment, and understands what is needed for a team in order to develop modern software solutions. You are “self-propelled” and a “doer” with a strong ability to transform ideas into hands-on activities and actual results, “implementing the power points” so to speak. You build trust at all levels based on transparency, proactivity and courage, including bridging technology to business and vice versa. You take an active part in our management team driving our agenda forward. You speak both Swedish and English fluently.
