Team Leader KD GCS - Netherlands (add-on)

An internal local development opportunity awaits you as Team Leader KD GCS – Netherlands (add-on position). In this role, you will lead the KD GCS team for our business from our location in Spijkenisse next to a current role, which would be adjusted accordingly due to time requirements.

Key accountabilities 

• Manage and organize the KD GCS department’s daily operation in NL
• Establish relevant GCS KPI’s and drive activities to meet set targets
• Manage development and implementation of resource plans, strategies and budgets
• Personnel responsibility for KD GCS staff and their development, including recruitment
• Responsible for proper vacation/ADV/Flex planning

 

Qualifications and experience 

• A degree e.g., Engineering / Maritime Officer. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of education
• Experience in the field of subsea and hydrography with KD equipment
• General knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office
• Excellent administrative skills
