Team Lead for Experience Orchestration

Team Lead in a small team of talented implementation specialists, and also part of a bigger ecosystem where collaboration is crucial in order to deliver value.
 

 
What are we looking for?

At the core our CDP is being rolled out across our business divisions and connected to more and more sources, while we are ensuring and validating its value, business case by business case. 

Your mission will be to move our already advanced digital analytics tracking setup forward while transforming how we orchestrate and activate user data. 

Together with a small team with competencies spanning across both digital analytics and software development, you would be a key coordinator of the many threads connecting tech, data and business strategy.

Your responsibilities  

As team lead for Experience Orchestration you will focus on setting the strategy for and managing the team responsible for the implementation of privacy-compliant event tracking capabilities, standardizing data collection and activation.
More specifically you will together with the team:
 

  • Liaise with stakeholders in both product teams and sales/marketing to understand business goals, gather tracking requirements, and create analytics/tracking specification 

  • Scope, configure and expand our event-driven data activation through the customer data platform (Segment) by implementing use cases to create value 

  • Ensure that the sales and marketing data sets are of high quality and available for consumption from BigQuery including consideration of data governance and consent/permissions  
     

Play a part and be yourself! 

Who are we looking for! First and foremost you have a commercial mindset. You know that while JavaScript and Python are great, they won’t get you far if you can’t understand and communicate with event producers and consumers.
Being able to translate stakeholders goals and needs into requirements comes natural to you. 
 

You are of course tech curious, willing and able to understand technical concepts and challenges and bring forward tactical considerations and recommendations to respond to these 

On top of that you are data-driven & have automation experience with proven track record on using data to create value for the organization. 

In addition to this, we also imagine that you have  

  • 1-3 years managerial experience managing a technical team 

  • 3-5 years experience with digital analytics, BigQuery or similar datawarehouse and experience with tracking (Google Tag Manager) 

  • 3-5 years Customer data platforms, marketing automation and activation platforms such as CM360, SA360, Facebook 

  • 1-3 years experience working for a large enterprise and interfacing with many different departments and roles 

As a person you are both ambitious, structured and patient.
