 The Role… We are currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support, champion and drive our talent attraction strategy. This role will have a particular focus on supporting our industry skills shortage programmes and the promotion of diverse talent into our business.  Reporting to the HR Director (Continent), your main responsibility will be to provide effective recruitment partnering for our management teams and to work closely with each relevant member of our People Division Team and our third-party resourcing partners to ensure a strong pipeline of talent to support our continued success.  Our business is fun, exciting, pacey and demanding, so it is critical that the successful candidate is able to multi-task with a real focus on providing service excellence and an ability to build strong and enduring relationships.  

 The successful candidate will be part of an enthusiastic, dedicated and focused team of People professionals based at our office in Vlaardingen.

 Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing top talent by using a variety of talent attraction methods including direct sourcing, social media and jobs boards.
• Talent acquisition programme support for current skills shortages and resourcing challenges including organising (and attending) promotional events and targeted marketing.
• Supporting our diversity and inclusion agenda to ensure a diverse slate selection process.   
• Working closely with hiring managers to fill open and upcoming vacancies. 
• Management of candidate progress and tracking of talent attraction analytics via our applicant tracking system.
• Management of talent pool and strategic pipeline activity.
