Talent Acquisition Advisor, Europe (m/f/d)

The newly established Attraction & Mobility team is now looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor that will deliver Talent Acquisition services across Europe across various functions and focus areas. Position will report to Group Talent Acquisition Manager. This new team is focused on providing an automated, proactive and data driven talent acquisition experience  – all united under one global employer brand strategy.

You will be part of an international team made up of talent acquisition, employer branding and mobility experts from across our key locations – all working together to ensure Statkraft is the premier talent destination that identifies and employs people powered by purpose. Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner with the business to ensure we provide a customer-centric recruitment experience for both the hiring manager and candidate. By using data driven methodologies, new technology and a proactive approach, you will ensure we find the right people for the role to ensure we are able to deliver on our promise to improve the planet.

You will focus on developing a local talent acquisition strategy within Europe with a focus on Germany, Spain, Italy, France and the Netherlands, that aligns to our current and future talent needs across various areas that include energy management, operations and more.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct sourcing activities and utilize data to fill positions.
  • Implement and manage recruitment and selection processes according to the Statkraft Way.
  • Work with the Applicant Tracking System for recruitment processes and continually identify new improvements and ways of working to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
  • Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in opportunities
  • Work with hiring managers in a consultative/advisor way by sharing competitive analysis, market knowledge and local talent pools to ensure the best possible hiring outcome.
  • Contribute in work within the A&M team and with the communication function in Statkraft to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges (internally/externally)
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Your profile: 

  • University degree within a relevant field.
  • Ability to partner effectively with leaders and HR colleagues to support achievement of business objectives - while ensuring appropriate employment practices are maintained
  • Team player involved in overall success of the team
  • Experience working with- and executing recruitment both internally and externally ideally within the Energy and Renewables sector.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems technology
  • Some knowledge of employer branding (communication and activity based)
  • Relationship builder with good co-operation abilities 
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in one or more of these  languages Spanish/Italian/German Is required.

Location: Düsseldorf; Germany Preferred. Travelling will be required.
