Kongberg Gruppen ASA includes Group functions such as Finance/Accounting, Communications, Sustainability & Governance, Legal, Human Resources, Investor Relations, Business Development and Compliance. 

KONGSBERG Sustainability & Governance has the main responsibility for the Group’s Annual Sustainability Report and other non-financial reporting as Climate and Environmental Accounts, the Sustainability Strategy and the Group’s Governance System.

We are now looking for a candidate who can strengthen us in this work, and who is enthusiastic and engaged in sustainability! You will be working closely with other Group functions and our Business Areas and be part of a team that are continuously working on making improvements.

 

The successful candidates have:

• Relevant educational background and experience, preferably from working in an international and complex organization
• Good knowledge of relevant national and international laws, regulations and frameworks
• Strong business understanding, analytical skills and sound independent judgement
• Knowledge and experience with financial reporting and EU Taxonomy will be an advantage
• Collaborative mindset
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English, verbal and written

 

Key tasks and responsibilities:

You will participate in the work with sustainability in the Group, including;

• Reporting; the Annual Sustainability Report, the Group’s Climate and Environmental accounts, Climate Risk Assessments and reporting information on our web
• Projects; implementation of action plans to reduce GHG emissions in our own operations and supply chain

• Competence; stay up to date and share competence on key Sustainability & ESG trends and legislations.
