We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. As an analyst in the Service & Supply department, you will become a key player in our global Supply Chain with overall responsibility for maintaining our master data and making reports/statistics that will support the different departments within MENU.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inventory control, analytics (kpi’s) and purchase forecasting & budget mgmt.
• Master data management, PIM system responsible
• Goods received not invoiced controlling
• Supply chain cost controlling (Shipping and warehouse operation cost)
• Supply chain delivery accuracy controlling
• Landed cost per product controlling (GM%)
• Supplier Scorecard system
• Claim and quality monitoring and reporting
• Compliance related data (Take-e-way, WEEE etc.)
• First Sales for US, fabric price category management
• Ad hoc project management (Business development and IT projects)

PROFILE AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE

The right candidate has:

• Strong analytical skills,
• Self-going and being outspoken.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
• Cross-cultural understanding and interacts effortlessly with stakeholders across the organization
• Great team player skills and can easily picture him/herself working closely with a group of international colleagues in an informal work environment
• Graduated from university/business school
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience from similar position working with controlling, preferably in an international work environment

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Highly experienced with Excel
• Experience with BI tool, preferred Targit
• Experience with Outlook
• Experience with ERP system as Axapta or similar
• Knowledge with PowerPoint
