SEB is currently looking for a highly motivated and driven Strategy Manager within the Personal Banking segment in division Corporate & Private Customers (C&PC). We currently have a customer base of 2 million private customers who we want to create great offerings and possibilities for, both today and tomorrow.

About the job 
Personal Banking is the unit within C&PC responsible for the strategic development of our customer offerings; omnichannel advisory services and complete product portfolio to personal banking customers. In this role you will be an integral part of our Strategy and Offering team.

As Strategy Manager you will work together with a small and senior team where you will lead, contribute and take ownership of our Personal Banking strategy. This will include distribution strategy, digital strategy, loyalty strategy and concept development. You will also be part of driving the yearly business plan for Personal Banking. The role will involve leading and facilitation of projects of various sizes and complexity and with a strong focus on creating business value and concrete deliveries. 

Furthermore, you will work together with the team to develop offerings and packages for Personal Banking customers, which we will test, learn and improve on a continuous basis. We identify opportunities with the outset in Personal Banking’s Business Plan where our main goal is to grow our business. In order to be successful we collaborate with customer insight, the distribution channels and development (agile development organisation).

Who are you?
To be successful in this position, you show great ownership in what you are working on and strives to deliver results, and you do this with an open mind and a humble attitude. In addition you have a toolbox for facilitation, storyboarding, documenting and presenting results that you have developed yourself. You are analytical and structured with great collaboration, relationship and communication skills, both in Swedish and English.

As a person, you are comfortable working independently, solution oriented, open to try new ideas and take responsibility for managing change in collaboration with stakeholders.

You have a minimum of five years’ work experience working with project management and/or agile methods and it is an advantage if you have previously worked within a consulting role. You want to drive change and be part of SEB Personal Banking’s journey.
