Are you organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in logistics or stores operations? We’re looking for a proactive Store Person to support our RAS business, ensuring smooth and compliant shipping and export processes, on a fixed-term (12 month) contract.

Based at our site in Dalgety Bay, Fife, as the volume and complexity of our export activities grow, this dedicated role is essential to manage documentation, coordinate logistics, and maintain compliance with international trade regulations. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our goods reach customers and partners accurately and on time.

What you will be doing

  • Prepare and verify shipping/export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
  • Receive goods into our ERP System
  • Book and coordinate collections with freight forwarders and couriers.
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Ensure compliance with customs and export control regulations.
  • Support inventory control and stock movement documentation.

We think you should have

  • Demonstrable experience in shipping, packaging, and dispatch of goods/materials.
  • Background in warehouse, factory, logistics, or dispatch environments.
  • Knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Forklift certification (desirable).

Candidates must be eligible for Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance and may also be required to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
