Job Overview
Kongsberg Maritime India is seeking a Spare Parts Sales Engineer – Waterjets to join its Global Customer Support team in Mumbai. The position focuses on supporting customers worldwide with timely, accurate, and reliable spare parts solutions throughout the aftermarket lifecycle. You will collaborate with international, multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and innovation driven environment. Roles & Responsibilities
• Preparing spare part quotations based on customer inquiries and our technical recommendations
• Reading Technical drawings and identifying spare parts
• Confirming and processing customer spare part orders
• Supporting customers through the whole spares process
• Co-operating with technical support, purchasing, logistics, warehouse and sales representatives
• Monitoring progress in achieving goals and ensuring that sales targets and KPI’s are met
• Continuous improvement and development of the process related to the spare parts sale
• Understand the client’s needs, identify solutions required by the client and prepare an appropriate offer

Qualifications & Experience
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a – Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Any technical background or commercial field
• 1+ years’ experience of working in a similar position
• Experience in Spare parts will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage
