An exciting opportunity has arisen as Spare Part Planner - After Market, in Kongsberg Maritime. In this role, you will be a part of the Global Customer Support Team, Integrated Solutions Longva, delivering Spare Parts and Upgrade solutions to the business. You will be a connecting link in the local department, responsible for the internal order handling between sales and production. To succeed in this role you must manage to plan and prioritize tasks, as well as communicate with internal stakeholders.

 

Key accountabilities

• Coordination of the order flow between sales and production
• Responsibility for setup and maintenance of the production orders in the department
• Coordinate and prioritize all orders accordingly to delivery dates
• Follow-up in ERP systems regarding active production and spare part orders

 

Qualifications and experience

• Must have good knowledge or interest in ERP system
• Education within logistics or other relevant fields
• Relevant experience from production or planning may compensate for lack of formal education
• Oral and written communication skills in English and Norwegian
