We are looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator to support our customers worldwide. You will be part of a team with responsibility to support our customers with offering and delivery of spare parts for the complete product portfolio of Deck Machinery and Motion Control. You will be responsible to plan, execute and follow up on spare part deliveries for our customers both locally and globally. You will do this in close co-operation with supply chain, planning, warehouse and logistics functions, as well as our operation worldwide.

 

You will be part of the division Global Customer Support which is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes services, upgrades and support in the aftermarket. Our 2300 employees are present in 35 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades and spare parts in order to secure availability and predictability to our customers.

 

Key accountabilities

• Execute on customer requests for spare parts, as well as proactive sales initiatives
• Spare part Identifications
• Prepare quotes and order processing
• Plan and carry out delivery of spare parts
• Customer communications
• Coordination and co-operation with technical departments, customer support, sales, supply chain, warehouse and logistics

 

Qualifications and experience

• Technical or administrative education
• Product knowledge and relevant experience will be weighed positively
• Experience with customer contact
• Knowledge of Baan is an advantage (ERP System)
• Experience with Excel and Outlook
• Fluency in English verbal and writing
