About us:
You will be part of our Uncrewed Platforms division, dedicated to designing, creating, and building autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) and uncrewed surface vessels (USVs). Our advanced vehicles can explore depths of up to six thousand meters and operate independently for extended periods, collecting vital data about the seafloor, water conditions, and underwater objects. You will ensure the reliability and performance of our software, playing a key role in the success of our autonomous marine systems.
Your primary goal is to guarantee the quality and dependability of our products and systems throughout their lifecycle. This involves being deeply integrated into the software development process, managing requirements, overseeing testing procedures, planning and tracking test activities, and managing software test resources.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to develop robust and scalable software solutions, guiding projects from initial concepts to market-ready products.
Additionally, you will participate in sea trials in the Oslo fjord alongside our operators. This hands-on experience will help you better understand customer needs while testing and exploring new developments.

· Experience in leading software development and managing development teams.
· C++ programming experience. Knowledge of modern C++ is highly beneficial.
· Continuous Improvement, driving change and adopting best practices in testing.
· Defect tracking and resolution, using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.
· Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
