Showroom Sales Coordinator

Jotun Abu Dhabi LLC has been established for over 25 years in the United Arab Emirates, having its production facility in Emirates of Abu Dhabi and is a profitable unit of Jotun’s global business networks with ambitious market growth plans.

This position shall be responsible for Promoting all Decorative innovations/ products and provide color consultancy service to walk in customers to Jotun concept shop by introducing new products and divert them, in co-ordination with the sales and marketing teams. This position also responsible of coordinating and divert potential customer to Jotun relevant sales teams and dealers in order to help in achieving company overall objectives.

For this challenging position, we are looking dynamic and service oriented person with Showroom sales / customer Management experience to fill this position.

 

 

Duties and responsibilities
  • Attend walk in customer enquirers by understanding the customer’s needs
  • Promote Jotun products and services
  • Promote innovation products and latest color trends.
  • Divert and follow up with sales lead to dealers and sales team
  • Working closely with selected dealers and sales specialist.
  • Assisting Marketing team and Retail sales Team in ongoing campaigns
  • Maintain updated walk in customer database and analysis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant fields
  • 1 - 3  years’ experience in Sales / Marketing or Interior designer functions
  • Jotun Products knowledge/Paints Industry background
  • Competent in delivering presentations/ good communication/ MS Office skills
  • Fluency in English is a must ( Arabic / Hindi added advantage)
