NES has high ambitions for increased activity in the years to come, and we need to strengthen our Service & Aftermarket team. We are looking for competent field service engineers with a passion for electrical power. You will be working with commissioning, service and upgrading of our systems Worldwide including in-house testing together with customers and class society.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical college/Bachelor/Master or other relevant education within electro/electrical power/electronics.  
• Preferably workers certificate within the same disciplines.
• Experience from the maritime industry will be an advantage.
• Experience from customer care or service work will be highly recommended.
• Fluent English oral and written.
• Good computer skills. 

WORK TASKS

• Commissioning and sea trials of our products and systems as comprise of switchboards, drives, electrical machines, energy storage, starters, automation, power management.
• In-house testing and classification of products and systems.
• Service and upgrading of existing products and systems.
• Coordination of activities on site.
