We are now looking for an additional member to our Service Coordinator team within Private Banking in Luxembourg.

Private Banking is a unit within SEB’s Corporate & Private Customers Division and has the responsibility to provide a full range of dedicated services as Investment Management, Wealth Planning, Financing & Mortgages and Everyday Banking for wealthy private individuals, investment companies and Family Offices.

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to strengthen our Private Banking team in Luxembourg. Here you will be part of an international, positive and customer oriented team consisting of several highly experienced Private Bankers, Client Executives and Service Coordinators working closely with Nordic international Private Banking customers.

What you can expect
As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and quality of service using all parts of the SEB Group. You will work closely together with the Private Bankers and other dedicated specialists (Active Traders, Wealth Planners and Credit Advisors).

You will play a key role in the customer team in order to deliver an outstanding service to some of SEB’s most important customers. You will communicate proactively with customers and coordinate their requests across departments. You will be responsible for the everyday banking part of the relationship, you will receive and execute orders and help customers with their instructions and requests. You are a motivated promoter of our new E-Bank and will guide and accompany our customers through our new digital offering. To succeed as a Service Coordinator at International Private Banking Luxembourg, you must be an individual who shows excellent relationship skills and your customer-focused mindset is reflected in your proactive way of working. You always put customer satisfaction first and are thus service minded and always act with a pragmatic customer-focused approach.

You are also a natural team player, which allows you to collaborate efficiently cross departments. You have a flexible work approach and adapt quickly to any work situation. You are a very structured and well organized person, and your ability to meet deadlines is exceptional. We want to continuously develop our processes and ways of working, and open-minded and forward-looking approach for work is highly appreciated.

You have excellent verbal and written language skills in Swedish and English; other languages are considered an advantage.

Experience in an international private banking environment and/or having worked with Private Banking customers and/or tasks would be an asset.
