Area Services is a team of four members each responsible for the management of one or more groups of IT Services. The services provided by the team to our internal consumers include server and container capacity, managed DBs, integration functionality and public cloud services. The services combine delivery from both our internal technical delivery teams and from external partners and vendors.

About the job
As a Service and Delivery Responsible your main responsibilities will be to manage a portfolio of IT services throughout its life cycle from development to sun-setting. The portfolio you will own include public cloud services from our partners where you and your colleagues provide the contract, compliance, security and knowledge.

Your responsibility is to ensure a high level of efficiency, quality, compliance and sustainability of the services we provide. This include the total cost of ownership for the service portfolio, pricing of the services and responsibility to meet your financial targets. You will also be responsible for license management, contract management and driving vendor relations.

To keep up with continuously evolving technological and regulatory requirements you will work closely together with your stakeholder, our delivery teams and architects as well as external partners.

Who are you?
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented person with experience from working with technical infrastructure and cloud services. Since you will have a leading role in representing and communicating our services and technical platform in different forums we see that you have strong communication and networking skills to engage in cross collaboration. You are detail-oriented with good skill to create structure and order in your daily work. It is important you are able to communicate well in English (verbal as well as written).

In order to fit in this role, you should have:

• Experience of cloud services
• Experience of service management and a good knowledge of delivering services in a global environment
• Experience from finance work such as, budget responsibility, business case driven approach.
• Experience from contract and vendor management, including leading negotiations and establishing governance of partnerships.
• Solid experience of driving business from a strategical, tactical and operational view
