In the role as Service Administrator, you will be part of our Customer Support team and responsible for executing all back-office service administrative tasks. You will be a key player and contribution of improving our ways of working.

 

This position will be a part of the business transfer from Kongsberg Maritime AS to Neuver Maritime AS which is planned during the spring of 2025.

 

Responsibilities

· Manage and process service engineer time sheets and expenses in accordance with policy and process requirements

· Consolidate service job information into invoice documents and issue to the finance department

· Manage service archives and archive processed orders

· Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all service activities are logged, and customer information is up to date

· Provide administrative tasks for the customer support team

· Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for process and system enhancement and updating administration operating procedures

 

Qualifications and experience

· University or business education. Relevant work experience can compensate for the lack of higher education

· Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan, define clear priorities and manage your tasks effectively

· Grow and demonstrate specialist knowledge and expertise in own area

· Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

· Co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information, and support others in the pursuit of achieving our goals
