Role and responsibilities

The Project Department is growing and has overall responsibility for successful completion of customer projects at the agreed time and cost, without HSE and quality deviations. Senior Project Manager is part of the Project Department reports to the Project Director. Due to high demand, this role is one of many engineering positions we are recruiting at the moment.

Your areas of responsibility will be:

• Execution of delivery/customer project and/or expansion projects
• Project follow-up internally, towards end-customers, partners, and subcontractors
• Tender work and after-sales in projects
• Project cost controlling, forecasting and progress reporting all disciplines

Experience

• Extensive experience in project management, planning and project governance to achieve project objectives
• Extensive experience with large international delivery projects preferably in the energy and/or process industry
• Experience in using milestone-based project models
• Experienced user of visual project management and interactive tools
• International competence and cultural understanding
• Good language skills

Education

Master or Bachelor, preferably in process engineering, mechanics, electrical/instrumentation, or automation

Personality

• Strong planning skills
• Result orientation and a drive to continually deliver more and better
• Team player who nourishes cooperation across disciplines
• Quick learner who develops from feedback and experience, and adapts to new challenges
• Good communication and collaboration skills
