We are expanding the management team in Norway with a Senior Project Manager.

As a Senior Project Manager your key responsibilities and tasks will be to manage projects according to agreed budget, plan and quality, and secure the satisfaction of our customers. The projects typically involve maintenance and modification tasks on floating units such as drilling rigs. They cover all disciplines and project phases, and the project manager will also be involved in the sales phases. Several contractual models are applied for the projects. The Senior Project manager report to the Operation Manager and will be a member of the local management team. You will be based at Hanøytangen, but some travel should be expected.

Kvalifikasjoner:

• Higher technical education
• Experience from MODU projects
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Proven management results
• Able to manage fixed price projects larger than 100 MNOK
• Able to manage project organisations of varied size and complexity, including sub-suppliers
• Preferably formal project management competence
• Able to manage both technical and financial risk
• Contractual understanding
• Ability to establish thrust with customers
• Advanced Norwegian and English level, both written and verbally
