Markets & IT is responsible for commercially optimising and developing Statkraft's flexible generation portfolio as well as providing market access, supporting investment decisions, and securing long-term value through global hedging strategies. Markets & IT has its own PMO driving both business and IT forward through proficient project management.

We seek to strengthen the capabilities in the PMO with an experienced business oriented senior project manager with relevant background and motivation. Typical projects will focus on strategy- and business transformation, culture and workforce shaping, innovation, change etc. for the Markets & IT division.

Your role:

• Work closely with Statkraft business areas and key stakeholders, develop their businesses, and contribute to maximize business value
• Be responsible for planning and execution of complex business projects and programs
• Lead and manage projects within strategy and business transformation, culture, innovation and workforce shaping
• Be a team player supporting and collaborating with the rest of the project management team sharing your skills and experiences to raise the team performance and capabilities

Your profile:

We are looking for candidates that are high performing individuals with drive, high ethical standards and with a clear "can do" attitude.

The right candidate has a deep interest, motivation and experience within business development and project management. You acknowledge the importance of change management and are motivated by collaborating with skilled colleagues reaching ambitious project goals. Working experience from management consulting companies or similar roles in global industrial companies are highly relevant.

Strong communication capabilities and talent for building network and trusted relationship is a necessity and has proven key for project success.

You have a higher education at university level or equivalent, and you speak English fluently in addition to one of the Scandinavian languages.
