We are looking for a Senior Process Development Engineer specialized in material deposition technol-ogy. The candidate will be a part of our development team improving our atmospheric alkaline electrolysers. The successful candidate will work with development, validation and industrialization of production methods and design for electrodes.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Understand and realize the technology potential of our electrodes and production processes for electrodes
• Plan and execute the roadmap for process cost reduction and performance improvement
• Implement devices for harvesting of big data
• Analyze data to improve product and process performance
• Develop and validate industrial scale manufacturing process
• Evaluate and industrialize new materials for improved performance
• Support Operations in advanced problem solving

Education/Experience

• PhD in Material/Chemical/Physical/Electrochemical Engineering
• Specialization in chemical and electrochemical deposition processes
• Experience from NDT methods, material characterization and laboratory
• Experience from work with advanced product development projects is highly evaluated Experience with work in multi-cultural environment and in close cooperation with universi-ties and research institutes and agencies

Specific Skills/Abilities

• Excellent English written and oral skills, a Scandinavian language is highly evaluated
• Excellent ability to grasp the business case and understand the key success factors of the in-dustry
• Ability to work with Root Cause Analysis and a drive to understand the process fundamentals
• Ability to do systematic benchmarking and learn from others
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
• Passionate & purpose driven
