We are on behalf of our client looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer (PRE) for a project in Stavanger, Norway. 

 

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Work as Senior Mechanical Engineer - Mechanical Package Engineer (PRE)
• Perform study and execution work with responsibility of Mechanical deliveries according to client's requirements and specifications
• Will coordinate multidiscipline procurement packages, in the position of Package Responsible Engineer (PRE)
  
• Ensure correct quality in all delivery phases

Qualifications & personal attributes:

• Master / Bachelor / Technical Education. Relevant work experience might compensate for higher education
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Package Responsible Engineer (Mechanical)
• Experience with MOB Boats, Cranes and Lifting equipment 
• Understand the need of good relation within multidiscipline coordination and deliver accordingly
• Experience within offshore industry and mechanical equipment
• Good knowledge within NORSOK standard and specific R-001 and R-002
• Knowledge with systems as Time, AVEVA-Change Manager and LCI AVEVA is a benefit
  
• Valid offshore certificate
• Pro-active team player
  
• Good communication skills in English both verbally and written language (Norwegian an advantage)
