Our Team and Your role
As a MDM/IDQ/ETL developer you will be a part of our team with the implementation of a new platform for multidomain Master Data Management and Data Quality in the bank. At the moment we are covering the parts data whilst developing the platform to cover reference data, products, agreements, location and more.

Our team is one out of seven in our SAFe release train. The team you will join consists of ETL developers, architects, configuration manager, test, data steward, scrum master that are assisted by an APO. We work with other teams throughout the bank in an environment characterized by initiative, collaboration and innovation to tackle business challenges by predicting outcomes, understanding complex data relationships and constructing models that contribute to a better experience for our customers. With variation, creativity, learning surrounding platforms and processes we will take the master data management and data quality to the next level as part of the journey to a more data driven future. Your role will be a key component related to the knowledge sharing in the areas of master data management and data quality as a discipline. When it comes to ways of working, how to best utilize versioning control, building the best of breed CI/CD pipelines possible you do not shy back lending a hand to the cross and multi-functional team.

Your competencies and personal skills
You are a senior developer with proven experience in MDM, ETL, IDQ, versioning handling and surrounding areas such as integration, modelling etcetera. Collaboration, Competence sharing and helping your colleagues to grow is your second nature.

You are in your element when breaking new ground and you do not back down when faced with a problem while still not jumping on the bandwagon before you have analyzed it together with the team.

We also want you to:

• Have proven experience working with Informatica Multidomain MDM, IDQ, ActiveVOS, the tools relevant therein and when to best utilize what strategy
• Be experienced in working with versioning where multiple tasks are handled by the team simultaneously
• Know your way around modelling, troubleshooting/RCA, being able to take a task from the drawing board to a finished function
• Have a good know-how regarding integration, patterns, contracts, context and such
• Feel familiar working in large enterprises
• Be fluent in English, writing and speaking and you are willing to learn, or already know, basic Swedish.

It is meritorious to have some experience in Azure related services such as API Management, EventHub, DevOps, MFT, Data Factory etcetera. Experience from the banking and finance sector and SAFe and/or agile methodology experience is also meritorious.
