Key functions of role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate communication advisor that is inspired by helping deliver on the company strategy through internal communication and change management.

As senior internal communication advisor in business area M you will:

• Create and implement engaging communication strategies
• Develop compelling storylines, presentations and content across various formats
• Write speeches for senior executives
• Help leaders use communication as a strategic leadership tool
• Collaborate with other communication departments across Statkraft to help build a one-company culture

About you:

• Masters’ degree
• 7-10 years’ experience from internal communication and change communication in an international company or agency. Experience from the energy industry is an advantage
• Experience with data-driven and analytics communication work
• Gets energised and spreads energy through interacting with co-workers
• Self-driven
• Excellent project management skills
• Good with managing stakeholders at all levels of the organisations and across countries
• Fluent in English and Norwegian with excellent writing skills in both languages
