Senior Field Engineer

1. Position Summary

This position will be mainly responsible for Service and warranty for Kongsberg KC600/AC600 Product.

2. Accountability

Service and support with our region, mainly AC/DC system including Bear wear monitor, Ship @ web, Vessel-insight, …etc.

Technical On-call support jobs

Customer email handling, Assistance to answer technical question from owner.

Commissioning of new deliveries based on workload, and to update technical knowledge

3. Wanted Qualifications & Skills

A minimum of 2 years’ experience with Kongsberg product

Self-starter / self-driven person with a positive attitude

Be service minded with a strong focus on customer relations

Excellent communication skills in English

Be a team worker
