Your department:

You will be part of the “Contract Operations Continent” team that is responsible for implementing and operating all commercial transactions related to our metered business portfolios in Europe with focus on Germany, France, Spain, Poland and more countries to come. In a dynamic environment, we are building the bridge between our Sales and Finance departments by being responsible for the quality of master data, validation of transactions, invoicing, payments and accruals for deliveries and services. Being involved in the process chain from the initial stage of new product approval and contract design we are in charge of implementing and operating contracts in accordance with market, customer and regulatory requirements.

Your role:

• Reinforce an experienced team by accomplishing operational daily business (master data administration, invoicing, initiating payments and accruals, handling customer requests in Sales Force)
• Work in close cooperation with internal and external customers and establish reliable interfaces
• Analyse business processes and initiate appropriate improvements with focus on efficiency, standardisation, and customer satisfaction
• Identify potential synergies between different business lines and prepare our processes for future growth

Your profile:

• University degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or similar education
• Passion for managing stakeholder as well as system interfaces in a complex business environment
• Good knowledge in Excel and basic knowledge in programming (e.g. Python/SQL)
• Familiarity with SAP-FI is an advantage
• Business fluent in English is expected
• Efficient time management, a can-do attitude, and a solution-oriented way of working
• Relevant working experience is preferred, proven track record in process analysis and continuous improvement is an advantage
