We are looking for a Senior Business Controller who is not afraid to be a driving force and can rally the teams towards a common goal.

Business controlling positions can take many different forms, depending on organisational needs, the position holder and the degrees of freedom by management.

In this position, you are expected to take on a lot of responsibility, to see opportunities for improvement, act upon it and truly be a part of the broader organization. That means, that you do not sit in the ‘back-office’ and only do calculations in excel, or make slide decks - however that is also required.

Kvalifikasjoner:

• University degree (MSc / BSc), Economics, Business & Administration or equivalent
• Previous experience in a global organisation/matrix organisation beneficial
• Collaborative, but with the ability to professionally argue various angles and risks in the project
• Proactive and able to see where the role can make the most influence
• Responsive with a sense of urgency to ensure on time delivery as well as the willingness and ability to change the mindset and drive changes when necessary
• Analytical and detailed oriented
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
