Senior Business Analyst to Regulatory Requirements and Analysis team at SEB in Stockholm

About the job
As Senior Business Analyst in the Regulatory Analysis and Requirements Team you will work in a global environment in SEBs division Large Corporates & Financial Institutions in the area of regulatory reporting linked to trading in financial instruments. The team works in close cooperation with Business units, Operations and Technology according a newly formed agile setup. As Senior Business Analyst you will be an important player in ensuring the business perspective in project deliveries and continuous refinements of the daily regulatory business.

Who are you? 
To succeed in this role, you should have several years of experience of the financial industry and its business as well as a deep understanding of the regulations that affects trading and financial instruments. You are used to working in a fast-paced environment and you are deeply skilled in making business impact analyses and transforming business needs and regulatory requirements into detailed business requirements documentation. It is also meriting if know how to read and understand system requirements. We believe that you have an attention to details, and that you are used to working in an agile environment. You are comfortable working both on your own and in teams as well as collaborating with stakeholders on different levels in the organization. We see that you are an analytical and effective problem solver able to produce high quality work with tight deadlines.

You have an academic degree in Finance, Business, IT or equivalent. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience from requirement work related to regulations impacting financial instruments such as e.g. MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR or Dodd Frank is highly meriting.
