About the job
We’re looking for an experienced creative who’s looking for new experiences. The experience of building the most progressive brand in banking. SEB has enabled business to start and grow for over 160 years. The world is changing and there are a multitude of new aspects that need to be taken into consideration. We need someone with a wide outlook on the world and an intuitive feeling for what’s around the corner.
You will report to the Global Creative Director and work closely with the Marketing Team to develop strategies and creative executions. The work will cover everything from brand initiatives, products and services, to coming up with entirely new ways to communicate with our target audiences.
The day to day will include:
Strategy
- Liase with Marketing Business Partners and division stakeholders to identity jobs to be done.
- Define strategic directions that are aligned with the overall business and brand priorities.
Creative
- Develop creative solutions that are aligned with the tonality of the brand.
- Create clear rationales that set up the strategy, creative, and execution.
- Get alignment from stakeholders both in marketing and at the divisions.
- Be a clear speaking partner to our agency partners.
Craft
- Craft ideas to make them as engaging as possible and appropriate to our tone of voice.
- Develop and constantly refine our written identity.
- Oversee quality control when working with internal and external partners.
Who are you?
You have to love the big picture and also love to sweat the small stuff. This is a job that demands thoughtfulness but also being able to quickly identify what’s needed to solve a problem. And act on it. You need to be comfortable with speaking up, making decisions, following through, following up, but also love working on a team.
This role is about being a pioneer. Try and discover new ways of working and new solutions.
- You’re likely copywriter or strategist/planner at an agency since the past 5-10 years.
- You have documented experience of creating global multi-channel campaigns.
- You need to be fluent in English. Swedish is a big plus, but not required.
- Work experience from markets outside Sweden is valued highly.
