• Develop and strengthen the Company’s ability to analyse and learn from incidents 

• Define, shape and facilitate HSSE Risk Management across the company Business Areas and Processes
  

• Establish and implement a methodology for Contractor performance, collaboration, and improvement 

• Develop & implement Company Requirements and Supporting Documents within HSE 

About you

We are looking for an experienced HSSE professional with the essential skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions. That includes education on master level, 7+ years of relevant experience, and knowledge with:  
 

• Incident investigation methodology with practical experience and the ability to hold trainings in investigation methods (such as Root Cause Analysis) 

• Risk Management methods (i.e. SJA, HAZID) with practical experience facilitating risk workshops on HSSE 

• Contractor Assessments, Monitoring & Development through collaboration 

• Field/Site experience from construction/operations in an international context would be an advantage 

• Strong facilitator bringing personal experience into workshops and training 

• Able to create and deliver good training and communication material 

• Collaborate across cultures building trust 

• Ability to communicate to senior management and employees in general 

• Fluent in English, Norwegian is an advantage
