The internship in short
Your internship starts off with an introduction to SEB and ends with a presentation. As an intern, you will be involved in our daily business activities and have a great opportunity to explore the environment of global trading and commercial banking. What you will do
Being a lawyer within SEB’s division Large Corporates and Financial Institutions (LC&FI) means working closely with the business units and provide legal advice, produce documentation for the various products and services offered to customers and handle governance and business development matters, all in an international environment.

Legal is the LC&FI in-house legal department which provides high quality business enhancing legal services to all LC&FI’s business units based on such units’ and customers’ various requirements. The key responsibilities as a lawyer includes, structuring, reviewing, drafting and negotiating documentation and advising and liaising with business units, as well as business development and legal research.

Who are you?
To be successful in your internship with us, you need to have a genuine interest in financial markets, finance- and banking law as well as corporate law. You are a service-minded team player with a constructive and solution oriented mindset combined with integrity. To have completed at least four semesters of the law degree is required and also excellent skills in spoken and written Swedish and English.
