We believe that trusted, timely and relevant data is a prerequisite for delivering world class services to our customers. This includes being able to manage data and information in order to improve our business, make use of data in our services to customers and govern and treat data in a safe and structured way. We are looking for new team members who are interested in joining SEB’s journey to become a truly data driven bank.

About the position
We are searching for several resources in the Data Management capability area, including skills in the areas of Data Architecture, Data Modelling and Data Quality Management. As our new team member, you will become part of the recently established Group Data Management Office, headed by our Chief Data Officer (CDO).

Who are you?
To be successful in this position, we believe that you should have hands-on experience working with data management in combination with a deep understanding/interest of how to make data management work in practice. You should have strong networking and communication skills. You should understand business needs and requirements and be able to interpret these to design sustainable concepts and propose implementable solutions.

You should be focused on providing high class service, have a strong capability to prioritize work in a structured manner and have a high level strategic perspective. It is important that you have the ability to pay attention to details in a fast-changing, dynamic environment and that you have the interest and ability to inspire, coach and empower people.

Experience from banking or other regulatory industry will be a merit but not a requirement. An academic degree at university level is a must, as is a good understanding of regulatory requirements. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
