SAS Developer

We are looking for a skilled SAS developer to join our SAS community and to continue building the competence with improving and maintaining SEBs financial reporting. In this role, you have a great opportunity to develop yourself in a dynamic environment. Also, you will be involved in and influence new and existing solutions.

About the position
In this role you will, together with your team members, be responsible for the development of new solutions and the maintenance of existing financial reporting SAS solutions. You will be working closely together with the business and will be involved in the development of new functionalities, as well as maintaining existing solutions through analyzing and solving incidents, providing support for technical issues and troubleshooting defects in production. Also, you will cooperate with process experts and other teams in relation to development, problem solving and testing activities. The financial reports are a central function for the bank, with around 1000 users around the world. For example, we use Enterprise Guide and Enterprise Miner to access the data, but also Visual Analytics and Add-In for Microsoft Office is frequently used. We run SAS at Linux, read DB/2, Oracle and MS SQL and create data to an IFRS9 solution.

Your profile
As SAS developer, you have a broad experience working with various SAS solutions and you are comfortable both in development and maintenance capacity. You like variation and you appreciate the opportunity to develop your SAS skills within for example platform knowledge and different kind of data management and reporting tools in SAS. You are familiar working with agile development methods (E.g. Scrum and Kanban), and excel as a team player with strong collaboration and communication skills. With an aid of good documentation skills, you understand the importance of documenting processes and are willing to share knowledge with your colleagues. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. We consider having experience within finance environment an advantage; however, this is not obligatory.
