Sales Manager, Offshore

Jotun Thailand  are looking for a local candidate for the position of Sales Manager, Offshore under Protective Coating Department

A successful candidate will have to drive and manage sales team by designating areas of responsibilities to achieves Segment KPI’s: Sales grow, Gross Profit, EBITA, DSO collection and company strategy plan.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Responsible for Protective coating – offshore business in Thailand by servicing the allocated customers regularly, identifying new and potential customers and gathering market information to achieve the department’s KPI’s - Sales, gross margin & profit, EBITA and DSO collection
  • Drive segment by providing strategy and market/Business plan for protective offshore and Passive Fire Protection market in order to support Protective segment grow in top line and achieve company KPI’s.
  • Drive segments strategy to sales team by supporting all business information to ensure, sales team are aligned with its.
  • Drive sales, profitability and high level of brand awareness in offshore market in Thailand by continually monitoring and reporting performance to ensure that annual sales, profitability and cost targets are being achieved
  • Develop market potential for Passive fire protection especially Jotachar Series by promoting the products to be market preference for Offshore & HPI market in Thailand.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Science, Engineer or Business Adminstration 
  • 5 Years experiences in Sales Offshore and Key Account Management
  • Knowledge in Protective Product, Nace Certificate Level 1
  • Interpersonal skill, Team work, Sales Motivation and Hunting Skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written Thai & English.
