We have a long history of delivering world class bespoke dynamic simulators to multiple industries. The simulators are typically used to improve the design of processing facilities, as well as a central tool enabling operations with low environmental footprint at lowest possible cost. The traditional customer group has been the Energy companies, but we now see an increasing interest in using these tools in the energy transition domain, e.g. Carbon Capture and Storage, Hydrogen plants and Ammonia plants.

As our Sales Manager you will become a part of our dedicated Digital Energy department and be responsible for identifying new opportunities towards existing markets and to play a central role in developing new market opportunities, mainly in Europe. This involves tasks such as establishing and maintaining a good understanding of customer challenges, and simultaneously how Kongsberg Digital can be positioned to meet these. You will also lead bid processes, Identify, and propose any improvements related to procedures, working methods and tools.

In order to succeed in this role, you have experience from the process industry, and profound knowledge within technology. A Bachelor´s or Master´s degree within a relevant (preferably technical) field will be beneficial. You take great pride in your work and keep yourself updated on technical knowledge and changes in the market. By combining knowledge, curiosity, and business acumen, you are the perfect sparring partner for any customer or colleague. Others describe you as dedicated, self-driven and structured in the way you work.
