Sales Executive-Decorative

Jotun is presented in over 100 countries around the world with 37 production facilities; supplying paints and coatings with four segments such as Protective, Marine, Decorative and Powder Coatings is represented in Asia region with regional lab and offices in Kuala Lumpur, factories in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Myanmar.

With the growth of Jotun in Cambodia, this successful candidate will promote and provide service to existing & new dealers by coordinating and monitoring marketing activities and campaigns as well as ensure of contractual obligation including executing quality assurance measures for projects if needed to achieve sales budget, gross margin and collections. This position will be based in Phnom Penh and directly reporting to Retail Sales Manager-Decorative

Duties and responsibilities
  • Attend to dealer’s enquiries, complaints, stockings and orders by regular visits to maintain a good relationship
  • Promote Multicolour machines and paint by frequent visits to potential hardware/paint dealers shop to build up dealer network and increase market share in responsible area.
  • Promote decorative products by co-ordination marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budget.
  • Handle timely collections by monitoring on customer ageing to reduce day outstanding and Co-ordinate with customer service to ensure prompt delivery of paint.
  • Recruit quality customers by mapping key potential hardware shop or existing competitors A or B dealers’ type to increase market share in Decorative Segment. 
  • Provide technical and specification support to dealers by joint visit and follow up iconic project in responsible area according on regular visit to support dealer’s growth.
  • Ensure dealers understanding how to sell products by provide products knowledge to dealer frequently to get closed sale and customer satisfaction. 
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor Degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
Fluent oral and written in English and Khmer are essential
Experiences using Microsoft Office and CRM are essentia
