Restaurant Manager - High level of responsibility leading the front of house team.

* Has experience of developing a good team

* Previous experience working as Restaurant Manager or similar role

* Excellent leadership skills

* Thrives within high tempo environments

* Dedicated in giving an exceptional service with excellent attention to detail

* Enthusiasm and a genuine desire to offer great service

* Passion for Italian cuisine an advantage

* Desire to contribute to our new concept

* 5 years experience within the restaurant and hospitality industry.

* English and Norwegian language

* Ideally qualified to degree level and /or educated at hospitality college or school.

* Full time position must have ability to work weekends and evenings
