Relationship Manager to Nordic Partner Sales

My name is Johan Hoffmann and I am head of Nordic Partner Sales within SEB Kort in the Private segment. We have the overall responsibility for developing the business and relationship with our partners. We work with partners such as SAS, Circle K and SJ, issuing co-branded credit cards to their members. We are now looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Team, managing our partnerships with Circle K and Ingo. The position can be based in either Stockholm, Oslo or Copenhagen.

What you can expect
You will manage the overall partner relationship, profitability of the programme, agreements as well as co-create long term partner strategy in close collaboration with our partners. Furthermore, you shall secure access to sales channels and work close with the marketing team in activity planning and follow-up. Other responsibilities include reporting of market requirements to the business development organisation and provide business intelligence. In the role as Relationship Manager you will get a great overview of the card market, co-branding business models and possibility work with established loyalty programs. You will also be an active part in our transformation journey, where we together with our partners adapt the future of payments, into our joint business.

What we expect
To be successful in this position we believe that you have an academic degree at minimum bachelor level in Business Administration or equivalent. You have long experience from customer relationship management and sales B2B/B2C and/or prospecting of new clients (minimum 10 years).

You are comfortable working with multiple levels of seniority and experience from working with loyalty is a definite advantage.

You are interested in providing a high level of service externally as well as internally and you are a true team player with a strong capability of prioritizing the daily work in a structured manner. You have a strong drive, result and goal orientation as well as holistic understanding of a business.
