Regional Sales Manager, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa)

What you will do and your responsibility

First and foremost, you will become a trusted advisor to our current and future customers in the region. You will provide and execute a geographic expansion framework for accelerated growth. And, of course, account management, pipeline management, and execution of targeted sales campaigns.

  • Annual revenue quota with significant growth in coming years.  
  • Confer with customers and product managers to assess business (and subsequent software) needs.
  • Drive deal closure by engaging and orchestrating stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful execution of partner campaigns, participate in sales engagement major partners. 
  • Oversee regional market sensing and “voice of the customer” feedback to our Company.  
Who You are
You are passionate about customers, technology, and sales (in that order) as an enabler for a company’s growth.  You are organized and methodical in your approach, and have the “discipline” of working with people to close complex sales.  You have empathy in spades, are a good listener, and know how to deliver on promises. Last, but not least, you understand and get excited by IT market transitions, including digitalization, big data, cloud, IoT, and digital twins.
