The business area European Wind and Solar (‘E’) is responsible for development and asset management of wind, solar, grid services and hydrogen assets in Europe. The business area is also responsible for the project execution of large projects in Statkraft, the group procurement function and development of new business opportunities.

Working in the Finance Systems & Processes Team

The team you will join consists of 4 specialists within ‘E’ CFO being responsible for project systems and processes across ‘E’. You will have colleagues both in Oslo and in London and report to VP Finance Systems & Processes based in our London-office.

As Project Systems Admin. / Coordinator your main responsibilities will be to

Curate the ‘E’ project management IT system environment

  • Assist users with creation, administration, integration and maintenance of projects across the various tools used (SAP PS, Project Online, PS-Link, Adrega, Primavera, etc)
  • Management and control of project Masterdata, architecture & policies
  • Administration of project authorisations & approvals
  • Monitoring of processes and streamlining as required
  • Liaise with finance dept eg. settlement rules & accounting treatments
  • Liaise with project managers and business partners as required and with PMO (Project Management Office)
  • Propose, design & develop appropriate new systems and processes
  • Guidance and Training of users as required
  • Excellent Norwegian and English skills – other languages an advantage

About you:

We look for a Project Systems Admin. / Coordinator with 

  • Batchelor- /Master’s degree in business administration, finance or similar
  • Minimum 3-years’ experience in project administration
  • Experience with project management systems
  • Familiar with ERP systems (pref. SAP)
  • General Understanding of associated IT tools and principles
