An exciting opportunity awaits you in KONGSBERG as Project Manager. In this role, you will play a part in our high-achieving Global Customer Support – Integration team. We are leading the way in achieving business goals through deliveries of projects that span over Kongsberg Maritime’s complete product portfolio and consist of complete system upgrades, conversions, refits and retrofits of all vessel types. We are looking for a talented and experienced colleague with a passion for system project management contributing to delivering innovative maritime solutions to maximize profitability and increasing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver projects with high focus on quality, profit and customer satisfaction
  • Lead complex projects organisations and ensure co-operation across several business units and functions
  • Project management globally of in-service vessel projects
  • Assist our global sales teams with both technical and commercial input
  • Improvement activities for tools and method

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience: min. 4-5 years working experience from project management and preferably within the maritime industry
  • Education:  Higher technical and administrative education or relevant experience
  • Personal characteristics: Self-Driven, ability to multitask, diplomatic, solution –oriented, representing the Kongsberg values
  • Language skills - verbally and written: Fluent English

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
