Project Lead for Digital HR (Maternity Cover)
Do you want to contribute to the development of the People Division (HR) and help us work smarter with processes and data?
The Digitalisation Team in the People Division is looking for a Project Lead who is passionate about working with projects, HR processes and digital solutions.
You will be responsible for one or more projects to support the transformation of the People Division and our HR processes.
Become part of a developing international People organisation
Digitalisation of the HR services is a part of DFDS’ journey of digitalising and innovating our 150-year-old company. You will be a part of the newly established Digitalisation Team in the People Division which consists of our Data Analyst, Project Lead (you), Junior HR Administrators, and Head of Digitalisation. In the role as project lead, you will drive digitalisation projects forward in collaboration with the team and our internal stakeholders.
We collaborate closely with local People teams, HR subject matter experts and with DFDS’ Technology and Innovation Division. Thus, you will be working with colleagues from various professional areas and from different countries.
Main Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to initiate, plan and execute projects from our People digitalisation roadmap. Recently, we have implemented Microsoft Dynamics as our core HR solution which is the central system and point of departure for our work of describing needs, requirements and solutions for the next processes which we will digitalise.
Our upcoming digitalisation projects are related to our salary review process, employee and manager self-service, manager dashboard and the performance appraisal process. In the years ahead, we will digitalise more people processes and work with data in the areas of attraction & retention, onboarding, remuneration and employee development.
The position is a maternity cover with an expected duration of 12 months.
Your Main Tasks
Contribute to business case work related to the initiation of new projects
Plan approved projects
Document current and future processes
Identify and document HR’s requirements for new solutions
Ensure progress on projects
Collaborate with our Technology & Innovation team to find solutions fit for our needs
Liaise with our local People teams during projects and implementation
Who are you?
We are looking for a person with a master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in organization, HR, business or IT. Professionally you:
Have an analytical mindset
Have experience with project management
Work in a structured and result-oriented manner
Work efficiently with MS Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Are an excellent communicator in English both spoken and in writing
Have experience working for a medium-sized or large organization, preferably internationally
Preferably, you have an interest in/experience with the interface between HR and technology/IT
At a personal level, we expect you to be eager to learn and want to contribute to the team, both professionally and socially. As we primarily work in projects and have stakeholders at different organizational levels and from different countries, it is essential that you have a strong focus on good collaboration. You enjoy working with people on process improvements, and you work well in a changing environment with many different assignments and deadlines simultaneously. We are in the early phases of our transformation and you will have an opportunity to influence your own job and the way we work to a high degree.
