eSmart Systems is currently looking for a professional and dedicated Project Controller to join our Group Accounting Department. This role will perform various tasks within the Group's subsidiaries and will collaborate across the Group, Europe and Americas. The position reports to the Director of Finance and would ideally be located in Halden or Oslo.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

• Responsible for the Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss for projects across the group
  
• Budget, forecasting and monthly reporting
  
• Be a key driver for improving and streamlining the project controlling in the group
  
• Support project managers with accounting issues
  
• Perform financial internal control reviews
  
• Calculate cost and submit financial input related to applications and reports on R&D projects to the
• Research Council of Norway, Innovation Norway, EU eg.
  
• Monthly invoicing to customers
  
• Ad-hoc analysis and project work

Kvalifikasjoner:

• Fluent in English, written and spoken
  
• Master´s degree in accounting of finance, MRR or similar. Relevant experience can compensate for a degree.
  
• More than 5 years´ experience from auditing or a similar position
  
• Excellent analytical skills
  
• Strong proficiency in Excel
