Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia has been established for more than 32 years and has two production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu with 5 sales offices and warehouses around the Kingdom and more than 500 employees. Jotun Saudia has ambitious growth plans and to support this growth.
We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Production Manager based in Jeddah.
Supervise shift by distributing work accordingly, managing resources and coordinating with production planners in order to achieve daily production volume and to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations related to production and filling.
Make sure production plan is updated on daily bases and on time.
Monitor and control Operator Driven Maintenance for each production line.
Maintain safety working environment by ensuring all shift activities are carried out in due diligence, taking into prior consideration of HSEQ rules as well as ensuring all employees attend any required safety training in order to ensure safety of employees and compliance with Jotun HSEQ policy.
Implement improvement programs in order to streamline all manufacturing activities.
Implement efficient team-work and cross functional work environment.
Coordinate with maintenance for the implementation of professional preventive and breakdown maintenance to facilitate the manufacturing processes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of production and RM plan to ensure the expected targets.
Total responsibility of the factory when in night shift
Ensure that shut-down procedure and other HSEQ requirements are followed
3-5 years of relevant experience
Good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages
