Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots all problems related to oil production on the facilities, organizes and follows-up corrective actions where needed.
• Ensures that operating procedures are properly followed and set production targets are achieved.
• Ensures that production operations such as pigging, sampling, and testing are performed according to planning.
• Developing and implementing operational procedures and continuous improvement programs to propel the achievement of production goals and objectives and realize upwards of improvement in efficiency
• Identifying bottlenecks and establishing new processes to increase productivity
• Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; developing reporting facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

 

• Engineering Degree holder (In Petroleum, Process, Chemical, Mechanical engineering) with 7 yrs experience in relevant field with good knowledge in DCS and SCADA systems or
• Diploma holder in the above-mentioned subjects and a minimum of 10 yrs. experience with good knowledge in DCS and SCADA systems
